Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic options range from USPS First-Class (~1–3 business days) to Priority/Express - If you choose local pickup at 151 N State Street, Ste A, Morgan UT 84050, your order will be ready in 2–5 business days after confirmation.
- Once your package ships, you’ll get tracking info. For missing or delayed packages, contact USPS directly.
Returns & Refunds
- U.S. orders only. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, unused condition (with tags & packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.
- Email sales@morganitegems.com to request approval. We’ll provide a return label and instructions once approved.
- You pay the return shipping cost. No restocking fees.
- Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and personal care/hazardous materials are not returnable.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within ~10–15 business days.
