🌟 Morganite Gems Consignment Policy

Sell Your Creations In-Store & Online with Us

Morganite Gems offers a welcoming space for creators, crystal workers, and artisans to showcase their goods both in-store and through our online platforms. Whether you're selling handmade jewelry, crystal carvings, or metaphysical tools, we love collaborating with mindful makers.

📦 What We Accept

We accept a variety of consigned items including:

  • Crystals & gemstones
  • Jewelry (wire-wrapped, beaded, etc.)
  • Metaphysical tools (grids, incense holders, pendulums, etc.)
  • Other hand-crafted or spiritually aligned items (upon approval)

All items must be clean, clearly labeled, and in sale-ready condition.

💰 Commission & Payouts

  • The Shop retains a 30% commission on each item sold (is negotiable)
  • Consignors receive 70% of the final selling price (is negotiable)
  • Payouts are made monthly, by the 15th of the following month
  • Payments can be sent via PayPal, bank transfer, or store credit

🛒 Where Items Are Sold

Your items may be sold:

  • At our Morganite Gems retail location
  • On our official website
  • Morganite Gems Etsy Shop
  • Through live sales on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Featured in photo or video content for promotion and exposure

🔍 Inventory & Tracking

  • We keep a detailed inventory of your items when received
  • Reports are available upon request
  • You’re welcome to check in any time about your items or sales

🔐 Security & Liability

  • We do our best to keep all items safe and protected
  • However, Morganite Gems is not liable for loss, theft, or damage due to unforeseen circumstances
  • High-value items should be insured by the consignor if desired

⏳ Consignment Duration

Items stay with us until they are sold or until the consignor decides to remove them and stop bringing in new inventory
There are no time limits or automatic removal policies
You are free to request a return of your items at any time

❌ Ending the Partnership

Either party may end the consignment arrangement at any time with written notice
If you choose to end the agreement, we kindly ask that you pick up your items within a reasonable timeframe
