Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic options range from USPS First-Class (~1–3 business days) to Priority/Express - If you choose local pickup at 151 N State Street, Ste A, Morgan UT 84050, your order will be ready in 2–5 business days after confirmation.
- Once your package ships, you’ll get tracking info. For missing or delayed packages, contact USPS directly.
Returns & Refunds
- U.S. orders only. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, unused condition (with tags & packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.
- Email sales@morganitegems.com to request approval. We’ll provide a return label and instructions once approved.
- You pay the return shipping cost. No restocking fees.
- Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and personal care/hazardous materials are not returnable.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within ~10–15 business days.

Oh my gosh. I thought about an item like this for my phone and started searching on Etsy. I LOVE it. It was exactly what I was looking for. The color, size and gold accent is magnificent. It seems to adhere enough that I'm not concerned with it becoming detached. I do suggest wiping the area on your phone case with alcohol and letting it dry for superior adhesion. Love this item so much!:heart:️

The stone is close to the base that connects to the phone, so that your fingers can barely get through underneath. The adhesive that came with the base, didn't stick whatsoever, which increases the issue of keeping the gem attached to the phone.
I love it and I'm going to try to problem solve so I can still use it.
But as is, it's not functional.

The base is a little more flexible than I’m used to. But it is an absolutely beautiful piece. The gold trim is nice and smooth. Beautiful packaging was a very nice touch.
Seller was very helpful and accommodating. Her effort to resolve my issue is appreciated. Her personalized note was even more appreciated. I will purchase from them again.
