Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic options range from USPS First-Class (~1–3 business days) to Priority/Express
If you choose local pickup at 151 N State Street, Ste A, Morgan UT 84050, your order will be ready in 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Once your package ships, you’ll get tracking info. For missing or delayed packages, contact USPS directly.

Returns & Refunds

U.S. orders only. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be in original, unused condition (with tags & packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Email sales@morganitegems.com to request approval. We’ll provide a return label and instructions once approved.
You pay the return shipping cost. No restocking fees.
Final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and personal care/hazardous materials are not returnable.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within ~10–15 business days.
