- U.S. orders only. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, unused condition (with tags & packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.
- Email sales@morganitegems.com to request approval. We’ll provide a return label and instructions once approved.
- You pay the return shipping cost. No restocking fees.
